早上起床，又是新的一天！
準備好迎接挑戰，
但總是忘了——
外面的世界對我來說有多可怕，
又是好累的一天呀。

還好，
畫畫能給我勇氣，讓我好好入眠，
隔天又是新的一天。

就這樣，一天又一天，
相信我和世界都會越來越好。


Morning breaks.
A new day begins again.
I brace myself for what lies ahead,
forgetting, as I often do,
how daunting the world can feel.

How tiring it all is.

And yet,
with each stroke of color,
my fears soften.

Drawing gives me courage
to rest,
to dream,
to begin again.

Day by day,
I hold on to the quiet hope
that both the world and I
are becoming
a little brighter.
